  • 17:00–19:00 — Open Evening (everyone welcome): demos, car showcase, meet the team, snacks & drinks
  • 19:00–20:30 — General Assembly (open to everyone): association reports, discussion, and member votes

Dual-purpose event — who it’s for

This event has two linked purposes:

  • Public open evening (17:00–19:00): we welcome students and enthusiasts interested in joining ForzaETH. See our 1:10 autonomous race cars, talk to current members, and learn about projects and roles.
  • General Assembly (19:00–20:30): open for everyone to attend and observe; only registered members will have voting rights during the assembly.

What to expect (open portion)

  • Live demonstrations of our autonomous race cars and short tech talks on perception, planning, and control.
  • Presentations about team roles: Software & AI, Hardware & Systems, Operations & Outreach.
  • Informal Q&A and sign-up opportunities for project roles and trial tasks.

General Assembly (open to all; voting for members only)

  • Formal agenda with board reports, financials, and association matters.
  • Open discussion — everyone is welcome to attend and participate in conversations.
  • Voting: only registered members will be able to cast votes. Members should confirm attendance to receive voting credentials and meeting documents.

Who should attend?

  • Prospective members: students interested in robotics, AI, autonomous systems, or motorsport.
  • Current members: encouraged to attend and vote during the GA.
  • Anyone curious about autonomous racing and student-led engineering projects.
